What Happened To These Three Sites?

I removed three sites from my "Lutheran Sites" element of my sidebar. Reason being, they are not there any more. I have no idea what happened to bring this about. Anyone knowing anything about why these three went down, please comment!

    #1. Probably hanging out at http://steadfastlutherans.org with Pr. Klemet Preus' blog.

    #2. They didn't transfer all the files after the show's restoration.

    I have restored the Walther and Gerhard with the corrected links you supplied.

    I did not find the specific Consensus article, yet, but went ahead and added the whole BJS site.
